May my calves someday be worthy of posting. Meanwhile here’s a pic of tonight’s dinner entree from ALDI’s, which I just added to the food database. 140 cal each, 9g protein, 13g carb, 5g fat. Not bad except for the sodium (500mg). Tasty enough.
