THINK PINK!!!

Well I barely have time to post an entry tonight... time has flown and I can't believe another week is drawing to a close. I am really tired and will be puttin' it in the rack post-haste. Busy day, busy week... but oh so much better than sitting at home feeling sorry for my sad@$$ self like I was doing only a short while ago.

My doors came out beautifully and I am very pleased with them, my sprayer was the bomb and the black satin paint looks like... well, it looks like satin. LOL! They are ready to hang once all the doorframes have been painted.

My sis and I went to Applebee's for supper, I got the Signature Steak and Shrimp from the 500 calorie menu, it is pretty good but the broccoli was a little to well done for me this time, I like it al dente. I have to get to the grocery sometime this weekend, I've been so busy I haven't had time to shop! We can't keep eating out like this, it will break the bank.

Speaking of breaking, I also need to get to the store so I can record a weigh-in, I haven't been on it since the post vacation phantom pounds appeared and then disappeared. I guess I should go buy a new scale for the house... I haven't owned one in well over 20 years. I don't want one that talks to you, with my luck I'd get one that tells me to have the other person step off please. Or worse yet, it will just read: "Oh My God!!!" LOL.

So I got some new clothes tonight, some new painting clothes and some actual for real workout duds, it felt good to buy something in smaller sizes, and they were on sale as well. When I was up on the ladder today I almost had my shorts fall down, so I thought I'd better get to the store. After all I will be on a 20 ft. lift tomorrow painting the Nomad logo on the front of the building... it might be bad form to have my drawers drop for the world to behold!

Well I'm outta here. Peace to all.

Sounds like a fabulous day. Glad that you are enjoying all your activities. Congrats on the new clothes in a smaller size. I always wear skirts and had mine fly up over my head one Sunday while I was walking out of church...I nearly died of embarassment! lol I have a big ol' dr type scale. It doesn't speak to me, but it is huge and seems to loom over me at times when I step on!!! lol Have a wonderful weekend my friend!

You have had a busy, but fulfilling week. Having a well deserved sense of accomplishment for work well done does wonders for the spirit! Purchasing clothes in a smaller size is also good for the body and soul. Just in case, I do advise you to wear one of your newer pairs of knockout knickers! Have wonderfully wacky weekend, Auntie Butterfly!

Lol that would have been funny, having your short down while up a ladder..... You would have had a hard time pulling them up :-). Clues hop you had your best knickers on when your skirt blew up....... Imagine having an old pair discoloured pair on with hooks in ha, ha, ha ..... How embarassing
