Today my walker and I walked 10106 steps. I’ve gotten braver since I got my walker. No excuses for not going for a walk. Lol

That’s fantastic! Do you walk inside mostly? It’s nice if you have sidewalks to walk on, and a safe neighbourhood, but not everyone has.

Great news. 👍 I too am working my a$$ off to keep my feet underneath me. I was diagnosed with RRMS in 2004. May I ask yours?

Mostly outside, I walk around a park with trees, flowers, and children play on the playgrounds. I’m there every morning, and now the regulars are greeting each other.

I have lupus, that flares up when I’m stressed. I walk with a weird gate, and noticeable tremors. I’m feeling better now that I’m getting active.
