Happy Winning Wednesday!! ✨✌😎

We might not be 'winning' across the board (there's usually some areas that are less than winners...🤦🏻‍♀️) but I'm sure that we can find measurable successes 🙋🏻‍♀️ each and every day on our weight loss/maintenance journeys! Let's LOOK 👀 for these victories throughout the day, make note of them and pat ourselves on the back for making mindful, healthy choices and slow but steady progress!

I'm always inspired by reading your posts and learning what is working (or not) for each one of you. I'm encouraged & enriched by being in this FS family💕

First of all Thank you for giving motivation. It helps a lot Do you mind if I ask how tall are you? I am really trying find my balance here. I have lost 15 pounds since end of May doing between 1350 to 1250 calories a day and about 100-125 carbs a day but now I am stuck not losing a pound Not sure t increase my calories my carbs or decrease my calories Unable to walks much due to back problems but I do get about 5000-6000 steps a day

Hi Brandi, nice to meet you🙋‍♀️ I am 5'2". When I got 'stuck' with weight loss, I tried to switch something up...I either lowered or raised my calories by 100-200/day (both can give your system a kick-start) and then once the weight started coming off again, I went back to the original amount. Or I upped by calorie BURN with more physical activity. BTW, you get far more steps in per day than I do, for which I applaud you👏👏 I am not an expert, but am just passing on what worked for me💙

So nice to meet you. Thank you I am trying 1200 for a week or so and If that doesn't work I will up it and see what happens Thank you so much. I am trying to make better food choices and cut out the so awful processed foods
