Whew !!! I have been challenged for several days in trying to keep my calorie count in my normal range. Too many potlucks, too many opportunities for pizza, too much ice cream over a few days, and I bounced up to 205 pounds. Not cool. So, it's now under control, and am now back down to 198. There is still have another 23 to lose to get back to my weight about 18 months ago. My wife says I am too thin at 175, but I really feel comfortable at that weight. She much prefers me at around 190. That is an in-between weight for me. One size pants is too loose, and one size is too tight. Maybe it will be time to compromise a little and settle for 182 or so. The struggles will continue in September since we have a large family vacation coming up. But that is just another short term week to overcome. Hope all are achieving their goals. Keep focusing, keep losing, and keep getting healthier.
