I ate two salads for dinner tonight - gotta cram in those calories. Even though I did have a treat today - a few onion strings :) and they were heaven. I have kinda put myself on a schedule of allowing myself a treat every 2-3 days. Friday will be a big treat day - eek! Mark and I are going to a crab/lobster house were they throw the food on the table and you go at it with mallets. I must avoid the butter!! No boiled potatos and only 1 corn on the cob. I weighed myself this morning... 148! So excited! But, I was afraid to post it. I feel like I will weigh the same or even a .5 lb more tomorrow morning. Wah! We shall she. I am definitely overly focused on weighing in every morning and seeing what that number is. So far the numbers have been good, and I feel good. I must find ways to keep myself from getting discouraged when the scale is not so "cooperative"
