Ugh still dealing with the effects of poor choices over the weekend. Just when I think I am going to just give up, I refocus so will just keep doing what I know is right. Have not made it to the gym because of long work hours this week. I will get there.

Hang in there- every day is a new day- don't focus on "I messed up yesterday so today doesn't matter" it's a different day! You can do it!

I'm there with you about dealing with effects from the weekend....still working hard hoping to squeeze out a loss in spite of Saturday's loss of control. Hang in there, keep plugging along. And let's do better this coming weekend.

Thanks everyone! I have to really plan for this weekend. My daughter turns 13 and is having a slumber party which means JUNK JUNK JUNK. But not for me! I will enjoy some fish and salad and lots of water. Only so many times of screwing up on the weekends before I learn my lesson, right? It's so on, I will conquer the weekend mess ups.
