Just a bit of Monday motivation from my heart to yours💕

Time to do my exercising now, but wanted to wish you all the best on your weight loss journeys today. Some days are easier than others...and I truly hope this one is super easy for YOU!🌷

The surgeon did a real "whack job" on my total thyroidectomy years ago...but I won't let that ugly scar keep me from looking up!!🙄

You inspire me!! I worked out on my own today, did elliptical, back, (25lbweights) shoulders,(15lb weights) biceps, ( 20 lb bar) and triceps ( 15 lb weights. Also did cable back rows (70lbweight) and tricep pulldowns (20 lb weight) pushups were hard today and ab workout was a 5 min thing...all in all I did ok. Oh I did bench press as well but only did 55 lbs. Nowhere near what Mermee did!!💪💪
