Happy Thursday to you all!🔅🔅🔅

I love the FS food diary and use it every day...but I ALSO use daily logging sheets to scribble my portions, keep track of other stuff/events, and as a back-up for the electronically saved data (ok ok...I just LOVE paper!) I still have every single food log since I started in August of 2021! Can you spell OCD?😂😂

Just wondering if anyone else also uses some type of 'paper' food log...

I only use my phone, but I'm a paper lover too! I love all of the unique graphics and I have to stop myself from touching all the paper textures and buying all the things, lol.
