Today I began the new regime in earnest. Low calorie breakfast, only 1 x 16oz mug of tea with milk & sugar (so far, I shall have another after my supper). Black coffee most of the time. I shall have either some eggs, or hummus with small soda crackers for lunch, with an orange and some black coffee.

I went for a 1/2 hour slow walk with my husband already and it's not lunchtime yet!
