It is easy to forget calories in drinks. But I went out to a dinner with my coworkers and I did splurge on calories and got chicken fried chicken but I pick chicken over beef, then gravy and salad dressing on the side and chose green beans. It was still a tasty meal.

That looks pretty. But in reality, it won’t give you the energy and stamina needed to exercise. Those are low glycemic carbs, and fat. Eat that and go to the gym and you will get weak and dizzy, why would you eat fat when you are trying to lose fat. Makes no sense. You might be in ketosis, but it’s an illusion. Your body will burn the fat you eat giving you the illusion your in ketosis, while reserving the fat on your body. You will lose so much muscle and energy and strength eating like that. I shoot for zero fat intake, low sodium, around 100 grams of high glycemic carbs, I maintained between 2- 7 percent body fat percentages for years this way.

Yes, so much more food when it’s clean. Sometimes, I have to work at enough calories unless it’s pizza or something then it’s super easy!:)😂😆

We can say what the difference in calories but when you actually see it, WOW! Huge difference is amount you get and bonus, it's healthier!!👍👍👍💜💜

Trainer always told us don't drink your calories - A Starbucks drink could be your entire day's calories! This does put it in perspective!

@JohnPayne...thanks for sharing your comments and the WOE that you've found works for you. There are many different options/meal plans that I've seen here on FS that have been used successfully by others to lose weight. My main point with these graphics was referring to the volume difference. ✌️

I try to skip the high cal drinks but I just might have half of the brownie for 200 calories 😏 I have treats but balance the days with other good choices.
