Well halloooooo FS friends. I don’t normally come on here at dinner time to post but I just want to make this entry as a mental exercise. I will probably delete it in a couple of days. However: it is 6 p.m. & I just had a really satisfying dinner consisting of 1 baked chicken thigh, 2/3 cup of baked beans & cannelini beans combined, plus leftover mixed vegetables. I am absolutely full. Total calories today = 1234 after a few days of going over my usual range of 13-1400. **Done eating for today.**
