Weight loss isn't always instant, can take some time. Stay on your plan a while and see what happens. Hope your daughter's health problem improves.

Right now stay healthy, your daughter is most important. Don't stress about staying on your plan, eat healthy foods not junk, because it
S better for you. Be concerned about weight loss after your daughter is better. Try to do some sort of exercise because it helps reduce stress. You do not need more stress in your life right now.

I agree with wholefoodnut about your daughter being the most important thing for you to focus on right now. I'm praying for your daughter and you. You seem to be a very strong woman and i really think you will make it through this crisis right now. When your daughter is getting better, then you can think about losing the weight, you might be surprised by what your weight does when you don't think about it. Keep thinking positively and that will help you and your daughter.
