This morning I did: Juice & Toya - 30 Minute Full Body Dumbbell Strength Workout [NO REPEAT]
Nicely structured and didn't have to modify much with 5kg - but did skull crushers on the floor when they did overhead tricep work standing up.
I'll also go for a 45 minute walk this evening hopefully as it's a glorious day. And did a 1.5 hour walk last night.
