This morning I did:
HASfit - 30 Min Full Body Workout at Home with Dumbbells - Total Body Strength Training Workouts with Weights

Nice enough workout, but I didn't feel like I got enough bang for my buck because the strength part was only about 20 minutes and then stretching for the rest.

Have been keeping up with my 45 minutes minimum walk a day so hope to keep that going while the weather's gorgeous.
