Happy Monday! Maybe I should say happier Monday for me at least. I'm feeling less bleh today. So it's a good day. I finally went on a hike yesterday. I've missed out on hiking in March and April because of my plantar fasciitis. I'm actually missing a lot of cardio because of my feet hurting when I do more than 30minutes. Yesterday was painful. I hiked 4miles took lots of breaks because my feet hurt and I was definitely out of breath. My cardio is in the toilet. I really hope my feet feel better soon. The hiking I think definitely lifted my spirits. I really do love being in the nature.

PF, over and over stopped me from running, then walking, along with achilles temdonitis. I literally feel your pain. I know how discouraging it is. If you are able try to spend some time on a bicycle, even stationary. It'll give your feet a little break.

It’s nice to know someone understands the pain. I climb with a bunch of 20-30 yr olds and they have no idea. I get blank looks from them when I explain it. I’ve tried the stationary bike unfortunately I don’t have access to one consistently. I’ve considered buying one but haven’t figured out the logistics.

Oh, that sounds rotten...........is there a remedy for this?

There’s no real cure. Just making changes like shoe inserts, good fitting shoes with support, less time on your feet, specific exercises. I’ve done them all. It’s improved but all the years of being active has worn down me feet. I think the climbing was the last straw. I recently bought hiking shoes to wear in the house. Hoping the stiffness will help support my feet. I have compression calf and foot sleeve from Amazon on its way too. I’ll try anything at this point. Surgery maybe an option but that’s a last resort thing.

Yes, you must try everything..........you never know when you might hit the correct combination to get some relief. Let's hope the compression sleeves help. Sometimes the simplest things can be very effective for pain relief. Please keep me posted as to how you are getting on. Best wishes.

訳文 It is good if plantar fasciitis heals quickly. I'm hurting too.
