Good mornin! It's Warm-Up Wednesday🏃♂️
Fat Secret is mainly a food-related site, but it's also a WELLNESS site, because there are so many FACTORS that have a direct effect on our successful weight loss/maintenance.
Many of us have added some sort of exercise plan to our journeys as a way to burn more calories and also to gain muscle strength, endurance, toning & MANY other health benefits. It's much easier to be successful maintaining a calorie deficit (absolutely necessary for weight loss!) if we've added some 'movement' to our daily routine.
I recently got a new Galaxy4 smartwatch to help me with that part of my wellness journey. It connects with Samsung Health, where I'm finding plenty of low-intensity, strength training workouts & stretching routines that are appropriate for my age & physical ability. I'm still learning how to navigate this new tracking device and hope I can figure out how to also log my exercise sessions from YouTube, where I'm always on the lookout for interesting warm-up videos to get me started.
Even if ALL WE DO is the warm-ups...we got up and moved! Yay!! I hope we can all find more ways to add movement to our day and burn a few extra calories as a result! You all continue to inspire and encourage me every single day...THANK YOU so much! This is such a warm & supportive community and I'm so glad we discovered it, aren't you??!
