I slept in a little later than I wanted but the cleaning is going really well. Just taking a pause to get some lunch, and figure out what I can accomplish the rest of the day for cleaning without burning myself out. I want a clean house not kill myself in the process. Going to have some lower cal chicken strips, and a huge spinach and cucumber salad for lunch. I did eat my healthy breakfast, got the living room, dining room done, and now for the downstairs bathroom and foyee, I will get all the clothes from upstairs that need to get folded and work on those tonight while watching movies. Sunday I will attack the upstairs, and monday will be the basement. I might do the kids play room tonight as well. Give them some more room to relax in their rooms. Just txted a gf to see if she wants to walk. hoping she will if not I will go by myself after dinner. Ok back to cleaning. i will be healthy this weekend and not ruin a FANTASTIC week. My pants are feeling loser, and my dad noticed some arm muscle yay. I will weigh in on sunday...hoping to see even a pound gone. Almost out of the 290's!
