Have done great all week, working hard to make sure I get my water in, that seems to make a ton of difference in the scale every morning. January birthday celebration today, they had this awesome candy cake but thank goodness someone thought to bring fruit! I made it!!!
Movie night tonight with my girls, will make sure I have some yummy sugar free kool aid and very light snack for myself.
I am glad I started this on a Monday so that I could get myself adjusted before a weekend where the temptations are the greatest. TGIF
