9 weeks of Heather Robertson. Almost 8 months of no alcohol which means no real food binges in my case as well. Scale is stuck but I see differences. Left is after, in case you are wondering!

I used to do Heather Robertson. If you want to mix it up try Caroline Girvan. I find her workouts pretty good and even challenging when I want a short workout at home or while I'm traveling. You are looking great!👍💪💪

I jacked up my knee last Fall doing her 3 month course and it hasn’t been the same 😩 I was enjoying the challenge til then

Yes, I cut out alcohol at first, very fattening. Now I will have one drink. You can see the difference, very nice 👍

Thank you everyone! I am a work in progress but am trying to celebrate small NSV changes. For years, I have lived and died by the scale and it did not get me far. Now, trying to go by pics. 8 weeks is too short for big changes but I am encouraged.

Diana, Girvan scares me. I like my workouts low paced😂 Emma, I have a bad hip from years of doing long distance running which came to an abrupt halt a few years ago due to a heart scare. I hope your knee gets better but I know what you mean about things never being the same.

love Heather Robertson on you tube. I did 30 days of her daily 10 because it was quick but made you want to do more once you'd started.
