One thing that I really have to work on is working out even if I am having a bad day. I work in healthcare so most days are quite stressful. I find that I typically work out Fri to Mon and than nothing.

Does it help to go early before the stress starts and then just be able to unwind at night or do light activity?

I used to go in the AM but kept sleeping in. I think you are right Princess and that I have to go back to working out early in the AM.

Ditto - of it doesn't happen in the morning, it doesn't happen. I'm lying to myself if I believe otherwise lol

I can swim after a 12 hour day but could never bust balls at the gym.

I get that when the school year starts. Teaching with the type of schedules they have now is exhausting.

I used to take out my rage kickboxing after a couple years with a horrible boss. schedule things that you can't get out of. it helps.

Thank you everyone! Today's morning workout is done before the ish hits the fan! Although Fridays are my happy days so Monday will be the true test. Happy weekend!
