First day of new way, tired of losing and gaining the same 15 pounds. Blame it on stress, poor eating, on the road, more stress, issues with kids... Almost 40 and need to get life together in every aspect starting today. Not going back to the old habits, old bad habits. Need to get healthy and lean for myself and for my kids. Starts today, bad habits ended yesterday.
