Beginning of April I started a program called the bariatric clinic. This means I’m meeting with a doctor, 2 nurse practitioners, a psychologist and a dietician. This will be 3 years of appointments and if I still require it a gastric sleeve.
Right now I’m to eat up to 2400 calories a day… things I’ve noticed so far are eating healthy foods is very different than eating unhealthy, I can eat a lot more healthy foods than I can of the unhealthy stuff. I can still indulge in eating what I want to in different ways! My protein goal is 87g of protein at-least a day
Working out I need to get back into my walks and gym times. I’ve been slacking severely in this department (been sick and no energy). My goal is to walk 30 minutes - 1 hour a day.
