I used to plan my meals for the whole day first thing in the morning and that really seemed to help me stay on track. Don't know why I stopped, laziness most likely. Well not any more. Started doing that again today.

I usually plan them in the am. Then I know if I have a bit of room to play

I know what you mean, I get out of the routine and it's like I forgot how to do it….. My husband and I received our christmas package 2 days ago from our German exchange student that used to live with us. It is full of wonderful German chocolates, lots of different kinds, liquor and my favorite German stollen bread. We have opened 2 of the chocolates and the liquor and I keep taking one as I walk by them. HELP. What should I do with it all, I hate not to taste the different kinds so I can respond to her and her family with our thanks… but…. I need to break this sugar craving that I started during the holidays. SUGGESTIONS???????

Pick one or two that you already tasted and mention how great they were? They don't need to know necessarily that you didn't try everything. If hubby can eat it without issues, have him taste test some more and you can report as a team.
