CrystalJo, I have been reading a lot on mitochondria health and getting my circadian rhythm set right, so I get the proper sleep. Very useful information. Thank you for always sharing good information. 💕

You're most welcome Becky💗 I've been logging my sleep for almost a year and there is definitely a pattern/relationship between sleep and weight changes.

Good point! I can never sleep much more than 6 straight abc usually only 4. My dr said sleep when I can and I’m tired. I notice the days I rest more, it helps the inflammation. Have a beautiful day!

@oceanladyjulia...I think it's even more important for those of us with autoimmune issues!! I strive for 7+ hours and can really FEEL the difference if I get less than that. Warm wishes that you can somehow get more restorative sleep💙

My drs have said that it’s extremely important. I simply can’t sleep straight through no matter what. I have other health issues that wake me up. 💯 I’ll keep trying! 💯

I can fall asleep but can't stay asleep so I average 4-5 hours a night.

@diana...I put myself right back in bed after I get up for a potty break. I used to get up and stay up for a while...but not since I learned about this leptin/grehlin stuff

100% CrystalJo! I can usually handle 1, maybe 2 nights of disrupted sleep. By the third day I’m a hungry, cranky beast.

Definitely true. My workout suffers dramatically when I stay up late watching ufc 😂

I'm glad I can get 7hrs of sleep now, I use to wake up 2-3 times until I realized I should stop drinking water at 6 and it works perfectly without interrupting my sleep.

@allegra40...so, you've noticed this too! When I find myself edgy and hungrier than usual, that's the first thing I double check....how did I sleep?🤔

@YetAnotherAccountLOL98...I encourage everyone to double check my info for themselves. I don't want to steer anyone in the wrong direction! Thanks for your comments today😊
