Im okay with this gain :D Biceps have increased 1/2 inch, Neck has decreased 1/4 inch, Measurements & Goal measurements from Bio are 5 inches closer! Waist down 2 inches. HAPPY HAPPY!
81.8 kg Lost so far: 5.4 kg.    Still to go: 27.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 3.4 kg a Week

Gr8 job!!!! THE SCALE JUST PROVIDES feedback!!(body weight , which consist of so much stuff; water weight, fat, MUSCLE, bone, food) most likely if you gain 2 inches on your biceps and do weight training, u gain muscle!!!! focus on fat loss vs weight loss-- keep track of your measurements and BF% Last week, my scale reading was +1lb, but my body fat was -.8% and lost .5 inch on hips and waist!!!!!
