Well, it’s been one month and I’ve done alright for myself. I’ve lost six pounds so far and while I’m sure we all want to hop on the scale and see dramatic results, six pounds in a month is nothing to be discouraged about.

If I can lose another four pounds over the next month for an even ten I’ll be happy. Slow and steady wins the race, right?
