XL? The perspective is really different from your other shots I’ve seen. Do you have a schedule in mind when you start a bulk or a cut, or just keep going until you are satisfied that it’s time to change direction? Or a combination schedule/ review? Thanks for letting us watch your (impressive) progress; it’s very informative! (I think the ladies get a little more than information 😆).

From my perspective, the bulk coincides with fall and the holiday season and the cut starts around March 1. 😉 maybe I'm wrong. 🤷🏻‍♀️

True. The bulk also coincides with me being less mobile, so not always planned. But if I keep consistent with lifting it matters not. It's still a bulk, even of unplanned.

Stand for Non-Exercise Activity Thermogenesis. Basically, burning fat without exercise from little activities like walking upstairs, brushing your teeth, lifting the toilet seat, going back downstairs, opening the door, walking to the car, and then remembering you forgot your keys... All that probably burned at least 10 calories that you'd never put in your activity log.

But just by having more muscle taking up space, every bit of extra muscle increases the amount of "caloric burn" you get from doing all the little movements like just sitting and watching TV.
