Happy Monday!

The busyness of the season is keeping me from journaling, but otherwise I am staying true to my new lifestyle. Today I rode my exercise bike for 82 minutes (23 miles)and I'm sticking with my healthy meal plan. I'm not sure how often I'll be able to check in with my buddies in the next few weeks, but you can be sure you are all in my thoughts and prayers.

This weekend is my family's Christmas celebration. We will have 28-30 people staying at our house Friday through Sunday...and no, we don't have a huge house. We have air mattresses covering all the floors and every couch and recliner in use! Then on Monday Goodman and I leave for a 25-day road trip through the southern states -mostly in Florida as we look for a "snow birding" location. I plan to exercise at hotel gyms and record my meals. I will check in on journals when I can.
