Let go of the reins for a while, found it difficult getting back on track. It's amazing how quickly I reverted back to my old ways, free range eating, no tracking or recording resulting in a weight gain and higher blood sugar numbers. The high five I got from my Doctor for my A1C count in September will be a thumbs down come December One step at a time though and this is my first step going forward. Cheers all.
