Scale numbers were starting going up again... I weigh daily but only record a few times a month. I tried reducing my caloric intake yesterday significantly and was able to at least get closer to my last weigh in. Lets see how long it lasts. Thanks to someone here at FS for sharing what they do to drop a 1-2pound gain from a bad day.

I'm a bit more hopeful but still struggling. I keep thinking I lost 10 last year by July then gained it back by November. These past few days I almost gained back the previous 5 before I joined FS. Very annoyed with myself but at least a bit more hopeful. I really need to not cheat. At least not until I get closer to my goal then allow myself treats cause doing it now is just self sabotage, I think.

On another note, has anyone tried functional mushrooms for weight loss?
