This morning I did:
Caroline Girvan - IRON Series 30 Min Quad Workout - Dumbbell Leg Day | 6

Really great workout. I did end up doing some deadlifts instead of the many varieties of lunges she did and although I know those bulgarian lunges are great - I was just not feeling it this morning so I did some sumo squats instead of those as well.

Looking forward to doing the full body workout soon.

Last week my daily average calories ended on 1918. I think that would be a maintain, but we'll see. The scale said 68.6kg this morning, which is fantastic because it means I should have a loss this week if I keep working at reducing those calories. Not easily done today as we're off to a pub quiz tonight where I will have a cider and the complimentary chip butty too - I just can't resist! Will try to adjust the rest of the week to accommodate - and maybe I'll just have a diet coke instead...

Yesterday we did a nice 10km walk and took our lunch along for a picnic so no ice-cream was bought or consumed (little pat on the back). I did eat cake over the weekend though, but I don't believe in being too restrictive - this is a lifestyle so has to be sustainable for me and I just can't have a life without cake. Have planned some of my meals this week so I'm hoping to improve on last week even if only by a smidge.
