I am 60 tomorrow! seem to be just maintaining....eat lots of desserts and at least don't gain because I am doing Zumba twice a week and walking in the mall the other three days for an hour....i don't overdo on eating meals, but love desserts. I try to step when watching tv. important to stretch afterward exercise. I also do the elliptical at the sr. center gym and they also have curves equipment there. I also love to take just a ten minute walk around my neighborhood whenever I can. I biked the other day, too! Spring has finally come to the state of WA! good luck everyone! We can do it!
