Today is 'Sleep In' Sunday 😴🌞
First of all, I want to say a WARMEST thank you for all the 💙 I felt yesterday while I was hurtin so bad. My back is thankfully feelin better this morning but I will continue to take it easy except for stretching exercises and walking in place to get my 'steps' in.
Who knew how important SLEEP was in relationship to weight loss & fitness?! I sure didn't until coming to FS and first hearing about the correlation. Then I started looking into it and learned more. I'm sharing a couple of graphics about it today & just want to encourage you to consider really prioritizing getting to bed a little earlier and giving your body that extra 'edge' for success the next day💪🏃♀️💙 They don't call it 'beauty sleep' for nothin!!
