No change today which is good because I had a giant bowl of shrimp & grits last night at the local brewery. Some of my gym-mates and I signed up for a candle light yoga class in their barrel room so we went after our hiit class. It was a good time, Ive never done yoga quite like that. But also that food was amazing!

Trying to keep it in check today. The weekend is daunting, but its no excuse to eat like an a-hole.
118.6 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 36.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
