I hope I will lose another 1.5 kg in one week, cause I have some friends from another city visiting me and this would be an ideal way to celebrate my first 5 kg.
On the other hand we are going to go clubbing and so on for four days, so this will also be a break from my diet. I will try to maintain my weight, but I will also record everything I eat and drink. Kind of like an experiment on how much I can push on myself without gaining weight.
