G'Mornin 🌞🌷

I'm feeling stronger this morning, after 8+ hours sleep last night. I've been battling with fatigue, weakness and pain (autoimmune diseases 'suck') but today is better 😊💪🙏 I also 'upped' my calorie intake (to my actual RDI) for the last couple of days. Maybe that's something my body really needed right now.

With every passing day, I tend to obsess less about what the scale says. I am actually looking better than I have in years, feeling much better too...and that's what really matters! I now get to shop in the 'L' section of the clothing store, instead of the 'Plus' section (sometimes even a 'M' fits me 😁) and even though my goal was to shop from the 'M' section ALL THE TIME, maybe, just maybe, I can learn to be CONTENT with the 'M-L' range. Maybe that's where I'm healthiest!

This does not mean I'm 'abandoning ship' here. Not by a long-shot! Just gonna be a bit more experimental with 'tweaking' my calories and possibly posting weight updates weekly instead of daily. We'll see 👀

I continue to appreciate and value each & every 'support💙' and comment here on my page. There's strength in numbers and I number each of you as a friend🤗🌼

I guess I should say hi, CrystalJoe. I've been appreciating your info posters and words of wisdom. "one random act of kindness per day can change 365 lives." How true, and so easy to do!!! Have a wonderful day, week, all year!!!

@LivinBreezy...thank you for dropping in to say 👋. It's a little more challenging to accomplish that 1 random act of kindness when you don't get out much (like me 🤣) Wishing you all the best on your FS journey💙

CrystalJo, thank you. An act of kindness doesn't have to be random to count. Thinking about your post the other day with Garfield standing over the scale. "Liar" Hilarious, I was laughing all day. I named the scale "liar" !!! Really having fun with it. I would think this counts as many acts of kindness, Of course not to the scale. Boo Hoo!! Ha ha ha ha Laughing is very good, burns calories!!!

Dr. Yoni Freedhoff talks about achieving your "happy weight." It's the lowest weight you can realistically get to without making yourself crazy. Maybe you're there already, maybe not. Regardless, I'm glad you're keeping a balanced outlook and staying focused on your HEALTH 😃

So glad you're doing better Crystal. I agree it's important to find a weight you feel healthiest. I really appreciate these info graphics and this one may be especially helpful because I've been a bit Macro challenged 😉

@writingwyo...my HAPPY weight! I like that!! I'm in the normal range now for BMI (just barely) and that was 1 of my original goals. I've dropped 12+ pounds past my original goal. Then I got "greedy" and set my goal weight even lower. Now I'm seriously considering anything under 140 to be my HAPPY weight😁

CrystalJo, I think you are exactly right in your wise point of view. It was another FS pal that suggested I weigh once a week. It is working out great for me. 🤗
