FBS 105 this morning which was nice. Slept okay, had a few dreams, none I remember though, woke up at 7, let the dog out and went back to bed not sure I could actually go back to sleep, but did and slept till 9. Woke up feeling energetic. Guess I actually stayed up til 12 last night though, so not in bed too many hours...drank 1 cup of coffee this morning and ate my oatmeal, don't seem as hungry now (11:00-- as I have been) I'm not sure why I am craving food lately so badly unless it is just a) decreased fat % i'm eating, or b) emotional craving and I am leaning toward choice B....

Sun is out today and I'll get outside and hopefully get some sunshine on my retina, we have seen very little sunshine lately with all the rain, gloom and storms so it is possible that is part of the "hunger" is carb craving for SAD.

Essentially no edema and "waist" has reappeared.
