Sure! ThinSlim Foods zero net carb plain sliced bread, 2 eggs, 3 Tbsp Sugar Free Torani, 3 Tbsp water, 3 Tbsp heavy cream, and 1 tsp cinnamon. Nonstick skillet with butter flavored cooking spray. Top with Sugar Free Pancake Syrup.

you could drop the calories even more by leaving out the heavy cream and only using egg whites. I've always done 4 slices bread , 150g egg whites , cap full of vanilla extract, and some cinnamon. it's like 200 cal
