I guess I ate 6 forbidden chocolates in the middle of the night again - I guess I asked my husband for chocolate and he hooked me up but then this time he stopped me and told me no after 6 and said he didn't want to get blamed for me ruining my diet. I probably got mad at him and went back to sleep.
Before I left for work I found half a bag of chocolate-covered cashews on the kitchen counter. I ate them all.
This is not a big deal. I can manage. It's just what happens when I put myself on a strict calorie reduction diet - my body will find ways to feed itself in the middle of the night and when I am distracted.

Do you take Ambien? That can cause you to eat in the middle of the night and not remember it the next day.

Ambien did the same thing to me! Woke up with rice cakes all over in the bed with me!

it's a confirmed thing to reverse diet and refeed..... stay strong and strict... modify your environment... it gets easier over time
