Can you tell I like veggies? Cut up veggies with a lot of hummus and avocado toast. A little light on the protein, but 15.6 grams fiber and I'll make sure to work in a higher protein meal tonight and maybe snack later on roasted edamame

gage -- thanks for the suggestion! I'm not keto, though, and am not planning to try it. Realize I'm swimming these days. 😉 I've become convinced of the value of a mostly plant-based diet with a lot of fiber and very few processed foods. My husband bakes all our bread. Yum! 😋

eh I had a lot of carbs today too, but they were healthy carbs, mostly fruits and veggies and I needed an energy boost...
