Day 41 - Managed OK and I ended the day on a 720 calorie deficit. I was quite hungry during most of the evening and at bed time but resisted - When I wake up in the morning for some reason I don't feel anywhere near as hungry.
Aside from worries about things in Ukraine and subsequent knock on effects worldwide I'm focusing on preparing for my 1/2 marathon next Sunday I'm tapering down my running milage hoping for three days of around 500 deficit. Then three days closer to zero deficit. I don't want a lack of food to affect me on the day.
The weather looks nicer at the moment fingers crossed that I can prepare some ground for putting in some onion sets.
Have a good one
