Well I lost a couple of pounds quickly but I can’t recommend the process; I got mild food poisoning a couple of days ago. I made a protein/health shake with Vega powdered, frozen blueberries and fresh spinach. Unfortunately, the ‘fresh’ spinach was not fresh enough. Felt pretty crummy yesterday (day after the horrible event!). Felt better today but still off my regular appetite.

I am a Canadian woman living in a small city close to Toronto. I’ve been happily married for 30 years. Not to get too mushy but hubby is a sweetheart and my dearest friend. I love travelling and exploring other cultures. My friends are all ages, colours, ethnicities and religions. To my mind, the only criteria for friendship is to be open, peaceful and respectfully accepting of all.
