woke up at 4:45 to urinate and then went back to sleep til 9 when I woke up. Didn't have the melatonin in the pill box last night and I think I might not have slept as well without it. Also was after midnight when I went to sleep--so I did probably get 8 hours.

Do seem to be putting out more urine, but also drinking more too, and exercising more yesterday with the brush burning...not quite as "chirpy" this morning though.

Did wake up HUNGRY this morning, ate the usual groats but even now an hour later am still hungry.

Ate a snack at 12 and then "lunch shake" at 1:30 so calories are still low for the day. I figured I'd eat plenty at supper time...might have another snack before supper, depends on what time we eat. Smoke and Teri are here...feeling okay, but think I am more achy without the ASA in my morning pill box...will take some more tylenol since it has been over 4 hours...coming up a storm.

Choked at supper tonight with spasam....glad I have the appointment with the GI doc on Friday. Finally got some supper down, I was so hungry. Ended up eating half bowl of stew and half piece of bread, and 1 bowl of oatmeal and some canned peaches. Took tylenol this afternoon.
