Schacona's Journal, 10 Nov 14

Good Morning,
For the past few weeks I've decided to get back on track with my weight loss journey and weed out all distractions. I've decided to take it slow and exercise 3 to 4 days a week and so far it's been working out really great for me. I'm excited because I went back to running/jogging on the treadmill and I can do run 25 minutes straight. It's amazing what you think you can't do or better yet find out what you can do!!!

I'm really impressing myself and I choose to no longer put pressure upon myself - I will be more direct with myself in my eating habits and continue to dominate in being persistent and consistent in exercise.

Thank you and yes, I'm putting more action and less talk to what needs to be done. Thanks again and have a positive day.

Good for you! Keep it up! Fitness has become a part of my lifestyle, but my area of weakness is my eating habits too. I have been watching some videos from University of California on YouTube--Sugar: The Bitter Truth, and it has helped motivated me to maintain healthier eating habits. I go back and forth with the whole calories are all the same, but this has helped me.
