Happy Monday everybody.

The days have been getting shorter so I am not able to run outside after work anymore, just gets too dark too soon. I did run yesterday around noontime and it was brisk in the 50's. It actually felt good once I got going and did my 2 miles without stopping and then did a routine of walk a lap then run a lap until my 50 minutes was up. Overall I ran a total of 2-1/2 miles. My goal is to get to 3 before year end.

I also had a pleasant surprise as I noticed my size 42 pants were getting loose. I decided to try on an old pair of size 40 and low and behold they fit. That considering I was wearing size 48 when I started my diet. That was a great feeling and really helps with the motivation.

I'm hoping to have my normal weight drop in the next day or two so that should also help with the motivation.
