Scales stuck at 195, but I feel good, except for the shingles; almost two painful weeks now. A month now without booze and I proved something to my wife (she was sceptical) regarding blood pressure. My resting BP when having my daily cocktail hour was 140 / 85. It is now 118 / 78.
88.5 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
