Transformation Tuesday and Flex Friday are getting posted today because the week is hectic lol.

Life looks to be slowing down a little in a bit in order for me to be able to catch up on all the stuffs y'all have been up to ❤

I miss reading and posting - daily weigh-ins feel robotic and sterile 😟


In October, I decided to throw caution to the wind and just intentionally gain some fat. In just 2 months I put on 15lbs to hit my brightest record weight!

I'm no longer just a skinny guy and I finally fill out my shirts lol!

I've been stable at 180-185 since December while working out to kinda "grow into" this higher weight. The recomp is slow, but that was to be expected.

I'm now embarking on my next phase....

Operation: FULL PORK

I'm gonna slowly creep up to 200 by summer and then take about a year to chisel the excess body fat away.

In essence, I'm gonna weigh about 15lbs more, it'll look great, but it'll take a long time.

This is a slow game, but patience pays off 💪😊
