Another Self-Care post...just because we all seem to need that extra dose of 💕. I know this is a weight loss community, but I really REALLY believe that in order to be successful, we need to care for ALL aspects of our being...Mind, Body & Spirit. We can count calories fastidiously from now to kingdom come, but if we continually run ourselves down with negative self-talk or not enough rest, I think we're fighting a losing battle. I encourage each one of my FSF to focus on your successes, not your failures and to always keep an open mind for learning new ways to prepare food, plan meals & practice portion control. Exercise of ANY kind will help us in the long run with better health & mental clarity too. Enjoy today, my friends! Ha ha! I don't mind crystals. I live next to a school and it gives me the advantage of open space for walking. I did basic stretches before walking like standing quads, side stretches, upper back stretches, etc.🙏🏼💕
