got distracted again. work schedule makes meal planning a challenge along with making meals on the go. i'll work on perseverance, and cutting back on eating 3-4 hrs b4 bedtime. Although that's a challenge, when I usually haven't eaten since lunch. But, it's a work in progress, eh? :)
